Mark ：

Mark Cho is a Managing Director in the Real Estate Group based in Shanghai. He is involved in the asset management of Blackstone’s real estate investments in China. Mr. Cho joined Blackstone in 2019 and has been involved with Westlink China and other commercial and multifamily real estate assets across China. Before joining Blackstone, Mr. Cho worked at LimeTree Capital China as a Senior Partner & CEO of China responsible for capital strategy, investments, asset management and overall operations for the firm. Prior to that, Mr. Cho worked at Deutsche Asset and Wealth Management (RREEF) group in Hong Kong as Head of China and COO for the Asia Pacific Region.  Mr. Cho received an MBA degree from the Kellogg School of Business, Northwestern University and also holds a Bachelor of Economics degree in Finance and Management from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania

Sixiang：

Sixiang Xu is a Principal in the Real Estate Group based in Shanghai, focusing on acquisitions. Mr. Xu joined Blackstone in 2017 and has since participated in the acquisition of office, retail, logistics and rental apartment assets in China. Prior to Blackstone, Mr. Xu was an Associate in HSBC’s investment banking division, based in London and Hong Kong. Mr. Xu received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge.

Yuki Ren：

Yuki Ren joined Blackstone as Principal of Real Estate Asset management team in Shanghai in 2021. She has been involved in post-investment management such as asset enhancement, leasing and operation as well as disposition. She mainly focuses on multifamily, office, retail and life science assets.

Prior to joining Blackstone, Ms. Ren worked at InfraRed NF Investment Adviser focusing on acquisition and asset management of real estate investments in China. Before that she worked at Jones Lang LaSalle Strategic Consultancy focusing on office, retail, serviced apartment and hotel sectors across tier I & II cities in China.
