This session explores how to design and write research for publication in OBHDP. We will discuss theory development, research design, positioning contributions, and writing strategies that help manuscripts resonate with reviewers and editors. The goal is to provide practical guidance for producing and publishing rigorous and impactful research.

演讲人简介：

Maryam Kouchaki is a Professor of Management and Organizations at Kellogg School of Management. Maryam is an organizational psychologist who seeks to make theoretical and practical contributions at the intersection of management and psychology. Her research focuses on role of business in society, ethics, morality, and diversity.

She is the editor-in-chief of journal of Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes. Her work has appeared in scholarly publications such as Proceedings of National Academy of Sciences, Academy of Management Journal, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Journal of Applied Psychology, Management Science, Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, and Psychological Science.
