内容简介:

This study examines how the rising U.S.-China geopolitical tension affects knowledge flows between firms based in the two countries. We hypothesize that rising geopolitical tension reduces knowledge flows between the two countries but has limited effect when a firm has made significant investment in collaborative research. Our empirical tests using patent data provide support for our hypotheses.

演讲人简介：

CHI TAILAN(池太岚)，美国威斯康星大学卢巴尔商学院任国际商业与战略教授和理查德•C•诺特巴尔特讲席教授。在美国旧金山大学获得工商管理硕士学位，并在美国在华盛顿大学获得经济学硕士和工商管理博士学位。他在Journal of International Business Studies、Journal of World Business、Management Science，Strategic Management Journal等多个国际顶尖商业管理学术杂志上发表了多篇文章，并与Oded Shenkar教授和路亚东教授合著《国际商务》。他教学的主要科目包括全球国际商务制度和国际商务战略，曾在世界各地的很多大学教授国际商务课程。

池教授是国际商务期刊Journal of International Business Studies的主题领域编辑，并在或曾在Strategic Management Journal，Academy of Management Review，Global Strategy Journal，Journal of World Business等享有国际声誉的商业管理学术杂志任编委，担任国际商业研究领域的主要学术组织国际商业学会（Academy of International Business）理事。
