  •      江志斌,男,博士(香港城市大学制造工程与工程管理),欧洲科学与艺术院院士 (The European Academy of Sciences and Arts),国家级人才计划特聘教授,国际工业与系统工程师学会会士(中国大陆第一入学的学者)、前副主席(亚洲事务,2019-2023),为享受国务院特殊津贴专家,现任上海交通大学董浩云智能管理与物流研究院(中美物流研究院)院长,上海交通大学特聘教授、安泰经管学院管理科学系教授、博士生导师;曾任上海交通大学教务处处长(2007-2014)、上海交通大学慕课推进办公室主任、慕课研究院院长(2014-2018)、工业工程与管理系主任(2001-2018)。曾任教育部工业工程类教学指导委员会副主任、中国机械工程学会工业工程分会副主任委员;现任中国电子学会工业工程分会主任委员、中国机械工程学会工业工程分会监事长、上海机械工程学会工业工程专业委员会主任委员、中国创新方法研究会常务理事。

         主要研究基于运筹学和AI相结合方法的智能制造及服务型性制造运作管理、医疗健康服务管理以及物流与供应链管理理论方法及应用。先后主持国家社科基金重大项目1项、国家自然科学基金重点项目3项、面上项目8项以及十多项其它国家级项目研究,出版著作6部、教材3本,发表论文350余篇,其中MS、OR、POMS、INFORMS JOC、TRB、IEEE TAC、IISE、OMEGA、EJOR等本领域重要国际期刊论文150余篇,获得多项发明专利和计算机软件著作权;获得中国物流采购联合会科技进步一等奖1项、教育部人文社科二等奖1项、国家级教学成果奖2项,上海市教学成果奖4项;为国家级教学团队负责人,为5门国家级精品课程负责人,2009年获上海市教学名师,2013年被授予“中国工业工程有突出贡献专家”称号,2006年获得宝钢优秀教师奖,2015年获得宝钢优秀教师特等奖,2014-2018连续五年入选爱思唯尔(Elsevier)中国高被引学者“工业与制造工程”榜单。

         他是中国最早研究智能制造与服务型制造运作管理的学者,服务型制造运作管理研究成果在机械基础件、盾构机、海洋工程、防爆电器、家用电器、汽车制造等制造企业得到应用,产生了巨大的经济效益;医疗健康运作管理和精益管理创新方法在瑞金医院等大型综合医院得到应用,产生了重要的社会效益。他也是中国的资深物流供应链专家之一,帮助我国最大的家用电器制造企业之一的美的和中国最大的汽车制造企业之一的奇瑞等行业头部企业实施物流供应链模式变革、体系重构及系统优化,产生了巨大的经济效益。

        先后培养了约150位硕士研究生、30位博士生,其中1人在荷兰Tilburg大学商学院任教、5人在”985“等高校任教,1人入选国家级人才计划(张怀)4人入选国家青年优秀人才计划(耿娜、王康周、周利平、刘冉)。

        江志斌教授因其在工业工程相关领域科学研究、人才培养、社会服务及国际交流方面的杰出贡献,于2025年获国际工业与系统工程师学会国际影响力奖(2025年首次设立,2026年空缺)。
