Perform a variety of part-time consulting services to various organizations. Promoted strategic applications of management & decision-making tools by understanding business needs first and technology second, and wrote training materials for the Modern Management Technology Exchange Centre’s Project Management courses. Services incl strategy planning sessions, needs assessment /requirements definition, costs and risks analysis, tool evaluations a emonstrations, small applications development. Prepared several business cases, and managed several small projects. Developed and ran numerous decision support models (Monte Carlo simulation, Excel, Matlab, Mapinfo, etc.) to aid in design and marketing decisions.
