Gu,Qinxuan. Ph.D. Professor. Antai College of Economics and Management , Shanghai Jiao Tong University.She received Ph.D Degree at Shanghai Jiao Tong University,Master Degree and Bachelor Degree at Fudan University. She has been exchange scholar at the Business School, State University of New Jersey,USA, Spring Semester,2003, visiting scholar at the School of Business Administration , University of Connecticut ,USA,Fall Semester,1997. She has published more than 100 papers in both English and Chinese important journals including Human Resource Management, British Journal of Management ,Journal of Organizational Behavior, R&D Management,Journal of Business Ethics,International Journal of Human Resource Management.She is the head of Human Resource Committee,Shanghai Labor Society, and vice chairperson of China HR Development & Practice Association.
Professor Gu has published more than 70 articles in Chinese journals and international journals such as Journal of Business and Psychology, Journal of Organizational Change Management, Journal of Business Ethics, R&D Management .She authored books including Organizational Behavior,Performance Management, Job Analysis, Human Capital of CEO in Chinese SOEs , also the coauthor of several books on human resource management and Training & Development. Her research interests include creativity, motivation, organizational culture, personnel evaluation, performance management and compensation.
