Born 1960, Cixi City, Zhejiang Province, China.

Education:
Ph.D.in Management Science from the School of Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, 1991.
Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, Fudan University, 1982.

Full-Time Appointment:
1994-present, Professor of Economics, Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
1991-1994, Assistant Professor, Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
