为推动上海交通大学安泰经济与管理学院会计学科发展、引进顶尖学术人才，香港兴利集团主席、上海交通大学名誉校董张曾基先生捐赠专项基金，设立“张桐森”冠名教授岗位，用于引进1位具有国际学术声望和领导力的领军学者，引领学科前沿，提升系及学院学术影响力与国际化水平。

To promote the development of the accounting discipline at Antai College of Economics and Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU), and to attract top-tier academic talents, Mr. Zhang Zengji, Chairman of Hong Kong Herald Holdings Limited Group and Honorary Trustee of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, has donated a special fund to establish the "Zhang Tongshen Endowed Professor" position. This position is intended to recruit one leading scholar with internationally academic reputation and leadership, who will lead the frontier development of the discipline and enhance the academic influence and internationalization level of both the Department of Accounting and the College.

一、招聘岗位Position

“张桐森”冠名教授1名，研究方向包括财务会计、管理会计、财务管理、审计、税务、ESG、人工智能与大型语言模型在会计中的应用等核心及交叉领域。

One Zhang Tongshen Endowed Professor in Accounting. Research areas include core and interdisciplinary fields such as financial accounting, management accounting, financial management, auditing, taxation, ESG, and the application of artificial intelligence and large language models in accounting.

该岗位为学校全职教职岗位，受聘者需全职到岗工作。聘任期限及相关管理安排按照上海交通大学有关规定执行。

This is a full-time tenured faculty position at SJTU. The appointment term and evaluation procedures will be conducted in accordance with the University’s relevant policies.

二、岗位职责Job Responsibilities

1. 学科引领：把握学科前沿，牵头制定发展规划，引领核心领域实现突破。

Discipline Leadership: Guide the frontiers of the discipline, take the lead in developing strategic development plans, and foster breakthroughs in core research areas.

2. 团队建设：培育青年骨干，优化人才梯队。

Team Building: Cultivate young academic backbones, and optimize the talent echelon.

3. 教学科研：讲授核心课程，培养拔尖人才；牵头重大科研项目，产出标志性成果。

Teaching and Research: Deliver core courses and cultivate top-tier talents; lead major scientific research projects and produce landmark academic achievements.

4.学术交流：推动国内外合作，扩大学科影响力。

Academic Exchange: Promote both national and international cooperation and expand the influence of the discipline.

三、申请条件Application Requirements

1. 遵守法律法规，品行端正，治学严谨，恪守学术诚信。

Comply with national laws and regulations, uphold high ethical standards, maintain a rigorous academic attitude, and adhere to academic integrity.

2. 在国内外知名高校、科研机构任长聘副教授或以上职务。

Hold the rank of tenured associate professor or above at renowned universities or research institutions globally.

3. 学术声望高，研究成果获国际公认，处于领域领先水平。

Possess high academic prestige and internationally recognized research achievements at the forefront of the accounting field.

4. 有学科引领能力，能带领团队开展重大科研攻关。

Demonstrate the capacity to lead disciplinary advancement and guide the team in conducting major research initiatives.

5. 教学功底深厚，能讲授学科核心课程。

Possess strong teaching proficiency and the ability to teach core accounting courses.

6. 研究方向与会计系发展需求契合。

Research interests align with the Department of Accounting’s development priorities.

7. 承诺全职到校工作，年龄一般不超过55周岁，特别优秀者可放宽。

Commit to full-time on-campus work; the general age limit is 55, with flexibility for exceptionally distinguished candidates.
