Antai and NYU Shanghai signed MOU on Master of Science Programs 2025-10-14
On the afternoon of October 13th, Dean Chen Fangruo and Associate Dean Qu Xi met with Prof. Shuzhe Ding, Associate Vice Chancellor of NYU Shanghai, Prof. Yuxin Chen, Dean of Business, Prof. Sterling Huang, Associate Dean of Business for Graduate Studies.
Dean Chen first extended a warm welcome to Associate Vice Chancellor Ding Shuzhe and his delegation, and then briefly introduced Antai’s recent development focus and key achievements in recent years. Subsequently, Associate Vice Chancellor Ding shared the development journey and current status of NYU Shanghai. He congratulated Antai on its accomplishments and expressed anticipation for collaborating with ACEM on master programs.
During the discussion, Deans from both schools engaged in in-depth exchanges regarding the outlook of business education and future collaboration. They emphasized the importance of designing a scientific and rational curriculum that aligns with students’ developmental needs while further expanding their future academic and career opportunities. The meeting concluded with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), which includes the establishment of a scholarship fund to support outstanding students from ACEM.
This visit not only deepened the mutual understanding between the two parties but also laid a solid foundation for the smooth implementation of the master program. Phil Wang, Director of International Office, and Tracy Lin, Vice Director of International Office, also attended the meeting.
Established in 2012, NYU Shanghai is China's first Sino-US research university founded through a partnership between East China Normal University and New York University. Approved by the Ministry of Education and strongly supported by the Shanghai Municipal Government and the Pudong New Area Government, it is one of the three degree-granting campuses within New York University’s global network. The university currently maintains a student-faculty ratio of 1:7.
