2026 ACEM College-Level Fall Semester Exchange Opens for Application 2025-12-22
Antai College of Economics and Management is committed to promoting international exchanges and student mobility. Each year, we select outstanding undergraduate and master's students to participate in semester-long exchange programs at partner universities outside mainland China. Currently, we have established partnerships with over 100 universities worldwide, covering more than 60 countries and regions in North America, South America, Europe, Oceania, Asia, and Africa. According to the exchange agreements between ACEM and partner institutions, tuition fees for exchange students at host universities are waived. However, students are responsible for their own accommodation, health insurance, living expenses, and travel costs.
The application for overseas exchange programs for the 2026 Fall Semester is now open. The specific requirements and application process are as follows. Eligible students are welcome to apply.

2026-2027 AY Fall Semester, semester dates vary depending on host institution.

III. Application Period
Application opens from 10:00:00 AM, January 5, 2026 to 23:59:59 PM, February 5, 2026 (GMT+8 Time).
*Note: The application deadline for North American universities is earlier (early March). Interested students are advised to prepare required standard English proficiency test scores before March.
IV. Application Requirements
1. Currently enrolled in Bachelor Year 2, Bachelor Year 3 or Master Year 1 at Antai College of Economics and Management (excluding MBA programs) ;
2. Undergraduate students must have completed at least one academic year, and master students must have completed at least one semester;
3. A minimum average GPA score of 75% in core courses and good performance on campus;
4. Any of the following English proficiency scores:
CET-4/6: 520/500
TEM-4/8: Good/Pass
Duolingo: 100
PTE: 55
IELTS: 6
TOEFL: 90
*Kindly note: Students with an English-taught degree background or native English speakers are waived of English proficiency scores.
V. Application Process
1. Screening the exchange programs and understand the requirements;
2. Consult tutors, academic supervisors, parents, and friends before making your though-decisions;
3. Fill out and submit ACEM Internal Application Form: submission link
4. Await results by email or phone calls from Feb. 27 onwards;
5. Confirm acceptance of the exchange nomination slot via email;
6. Complete subsequent application steps as required by the host institution;
7. Complete relevant procedures required by ACEM and SJTU.
VI. Ranking of Applicants
1. Ranking of students: Per core course GPA ranking within respective major by 25 Fall Semester. In case of the same ranking (percentage score), priority will be given to students who have not participated in exchange programs, followed by considering balance between bachelor’s and master’s quota, and lastly based on the time of application submission;
2. Offer will be made directly if there is quota from the three choices specified in the application form;
3. If none of the three choices are offered, applicant will be contacted by phone calls to reallocate an exchange slot or confirm his/her withdrawal from this round of application. The required response time is 48 hours for reallocation confirmation; otherwise, applicant will be consulted again in the next round.
VII. Notification and Confirmation of Results
1. Application results will be emailed to applicants from February 27, 2026 onwards;
2. Confirmation is required within 48 hours upon receiving the offer email, otherwise it will be considered a voluntary withdrawal;
3. Make sure the email and phone number specified in the application form are correct, and please read your email and/or receive your phone calls in a timely manner.
