Jiangnan Shipyard (Group) Co., Ltd. 江南造船（集团）有限责任公司

In 1865, aiming at "Self-Strengthening" and "Seeking Wealth", the Westernization Group of the late Qing Dynasty, founded China’s first government-operated enterprise “Kiangnan Manufacturing Bureau” (known as “Jiangnan” in Pinyin since 1955) in Shanghai, which is the predecessor of the Jiangnan Shipyard (Group) Co., Ltd. This is the origin of China's modern national and military industry, and the beginning of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

Kiangnan was the pioneer of national industry, by designing and building Chinese earliest wooden hulled, steam driven paddle schooner; the first ironclad gunboat; the first 10,000-ton steel hulled freighter, the first muzzle-loading gun; the first breech-loading rifle, the first seaplane etc. All these various warships were equipped with potent armament and robust hull. With more than one hundred of “China First”, Kiangnan has become an outstanding model of the modern and national industry in China.

Kiangnan implanted the genes of revolutionary, national defense and innovation into the first generation of Chinese workers. Shangdong, a branch of SIPG, founded on Dec.6th, 2016, operates and manages Yangshan Phase IV automated terminal. Opened for trial operation on Dec. 10th, 2017, Shanghai Yangshan Phase IV automated terminal is currently the largest of its kind around the world, as well as one of the most advanced in comprehensive automated technology. The SIPG proprietary Terminal Operation System (TOS) is the brain of Shanghai Yangshan Phase IV automated terminal, and is the control center of all the automated equipment. Connected to all major information platforms of Shanghai Port, TOS continuously optimizes the operation and dispatching mode of Shanghai Yangshan Phase IV terminal.

上海国际港务（集团）股份有限公司尚东集装箱码头分公司成立于2016年12月6日，负责上海洋山深水港四期自动化码头的经营管理。洋山四期于2017年12月10日开港试生产，是目前全球最大的单体全自动化码头，也是全球综合自动化程度最高的码头之一。码头采用上港集团自主研发的智能化码头生产管控系统作为大脑，全过程管控装卸设备的自动化运作。系统衔接上海港的各大数据信息平台，通过数据协同、外部对接，实现生产过程智能优化控制。
