Guo Fei, Deputy Secretary of the CPC SJTU ACEM Committee, Ph.D., lecturer. He graduated from the Department of Computer Science and Technology of East China Normal University in 2010 with a bachelor's degree, and a master's degree in 2012, and a doctorate from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering of Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2020. From July 2012 to June 2016, he served as an ideological and political teacher, Deputy Secretary of the Youth League Committee, and Secretary of the Youth League Committee of the School of Electronic Information and Electrical Engineering of SJTU. He served as Deputy Secretary of the Youth League Committee of SJTU from June 2016 to April 2018. He worked at the Student Affairs Office of SJTU from April 2018 to July 2019. From July 2019 to November 2023, he worked at the Organization Department of the Party Committee of SJTU, serving as the Party Committee Organizer, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the administration department, and Deputy Director of the Commission Office of Public Sectors Reform. Since November 2023, he has served as Deputy Secretary of the CPC SJTU ACEM Committee of Antai College of Economics and Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
