Position: Associate – Multiple positions

Location: Shanghai


As an Associate you will assist case managers / partners in overseeing a case and developing innovative, tangible solutions for our clients. Amongst other things, you would be responsible for leading a case team and client staffs on a day-to-day basis, ensuring the correct application of our methodologies, motivating and coaching your team, and monitoring progress to ensure you are on target to achieve client deliverables.
Your Profile

• Experience:
  • You have relevant work experience of 5+ years (or 4+ years with an MBA or Ph.D.)
  • Demonstrated experience working with financial services is preferred. 
  • Experience working within a consulting firm, the consulting division of top 4 accounting firm, or the strategy department of a MNC is also required
• Academic: You have completed a quantitative based degree such as economics/commerce/business, engineering, mathematics, or science. Your degree was obtained from a leading university and you possess an outstanding academic record
• Analysis: You possess excellent quantitative and financial modeling skills, and highly developed analytical skills with commercial awareness
• Communication: You can demonstrate that you have excellent communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
• Language: You are fluent in both verbal and written Chinese and English

Position: Senior Consultants - Multiple positions

Location: Shanghai
As a Senior Consultant you will take a lead role in delivering components of larger modules, including managing small consultant teams. You would be responsible, under supervision, for analyzing complex and ambiguous problems, interacting with clients and developing innovative, tangible solutions for our clients.
Your Profile

• Experience: You have 3+ years consulting experience within either a well-respected international management consultancy, or the strategy department of a leading MNC
• Academic: You have completed a quantitative based degree such as economics/commerce/business, engineering, mathematics, or science. Your degree was obtained from a leading university and you possess an outstanding academic record (essential)
• Analysis: You possess excellent quantitative and financial modeling skills
• Communication: You have excellent communication skills, well developed interpersonal skills
• Language: You are fluent in both verbal and written Chinese and English
