曾任上海航空股份有限公司规划部总经理。2010年加入交银金融租赁有限责任公司，负责航空租赁业务。同年公司成功操作上海综合保税区第一单飞机租赁项目。目前公司在20个国家拥有约180架飞机，机队规模和业务品种正在迅速发展。

她是中国注册会计师协会会员和高级经济师。曾于2007年、2006年获上海市劳动模范和五一劳动奖章，操作的转贷项目于2002年获《飞机融资杂志》最佳交易奖。毕业于上海交通大学，获管理科学硕士和国际金融、计算机双学士学位，并获得上海市优秀毕业生称号。

Bank of Communications Financial Leasing Co. Ltd. (Bocomm Leasing)

Ms. Li had worked in Shanghai Airlines as General Manger of Planning Division. On year 2010, she joined Bank of Communications Financial Leasing Co. Ltd and in charge of aviation leasing business. In the same year, the company successfully closed the first SPV deal in Shanghai Free Trade Zone. Now the company has about 180 aircraft in 20 countries and regions. The aviation team are expanding the company’s fleet and developing various leasing products quickly.

Ms. Li is a member of Certified Public Accountant Association inChina. She has been entitled to honors by Shanghai Municipal Government on year 2007 and 2006. The On-Lending project she participated won the Deal of the Year of Air Finance Journal on year 2002. She graduated with the honor of “Excellent Graduates of Shanghai” from Shanghai  Jiao Tong  University. She has Master Degree of Management Science, and two Bachelor Degree of International Finance and Computer Science.
