喻宣女士（Maggie Yu）

清华大学的国际工商管理硕士，武汉大学生物系学士，国际项目管理专业人士。

现任Allegis集团中国区TEKsystems品牌总经理，在Allegis中国15年期间，曾任Allegis-BN高级副总裁，副总裁等职务，涉及猎头服务，招聘流程外包，灵活用工和技术岗位外包等业务。在加入人力资源行业前，曾在西门子，摩托罗拉等外资企业有超过十年的销售管理经验，多年来一直致力于培养未来领袖，发展企业，为人才创造平台与机会。和上海交通大学安泰管理学院有超过8年的合作历史，对于MBA的常见问题和职场困惑有很多具体及实用的建议，经常为学生提供专业化的就业辅导，职业生涯咨询，面试技巧，以及协助推荐就业机会等等。

Ø  Maggie is currently the general manager of TEKsystems, Allegis Group in China. During her 15 years at Allegis, she used to be the senior vice president and vice president of Allegis-BN. She was involved in headhunting, recruiting process outsourcing, flexible labor and technical post outsourcing.Before joining the human resources industry, she had gained more than 10 years of sales management experience at foreign-funded enterprises like Siemens and Motorola, etc. She has been committed to fostering future leaders, the development of enterprises, and creatingplatforms and opportunities for talents. She has been in corporation with Shanghai Jiao Tong University for more than 8 years and has a lot of specific and practical advice for common problems and career confusion of MBA students. She often provides professional employment mentorship, career counseling and interview skills for MBA students and assists to recommend job opportunities.
