At the conference, deans of leading business schools from around the world shared their views on the current landscape of business education in the US.
With a long history and a widely-recognized international reputation, US business schools still enjoy leading positions in the world, said Dean Chen, but in recent years, US business schools have also faced significant challenges, both external and internal. These challenges include restrictions on immigration and border entry, a shrinking MBA market and a lack of innovation in teaching content. Dean Chen expressed his view that international cooperation is the consensus of business schools around the world, and internationalization is of great significance for business schools to continuously make improvements. He wished to see that business schools in China and the United States can further strengthen communication and exchange, and achieve more mutually-beneficial, high-level and high-quality international cooperation in the future.
