Antai College of Economics and Management (ACEM hereafter) held the 2021 Study Abroad Information Session in a hybrid mode on November 24, in a bid to provide ACEM students of Masters programs (including the Chinese master’s programs, MIB program, and IMBA program) with rich and diverse international oversea study opportunities. The invited partner schools or universities include Faculty of Business and Economics, ZHAW School of Management and Law, Zurich University of Applied Sciences, EM LYON Business School, Leeds University Business School of University of Leeds, The University of Murcia, University of Economics, Prague.

The information session was hosted by Haihui Wang, Director of ACEM International Office. Professor Haitao Yin, the deputy dean of ACEM, participated in the event and delivered an opening speech. He said: “In this era of globalization, the experience of studying in a foreign country plays an important role in broadening the horizons and enabling self-improvement of students. International exchanges during the pandemic are still challenging to be executed. Furthermore, international students are also facing many difficulties to enter China. I hope that this event will enable Antai students, especially those who are still outside of China, to understand the rich and high-quality education and convenience channel that will be provided by the college.” With his personal study experience in the United States, Professor Haitao Yin encourages ACEM students to grab valuable opportunities and make full use of the international exchange programs to study and experience diverse cultures. In addition, he also expressed his expectations for the students, expecting them to make their own outstanding contributions to global development in the future as excellent representatives of cross-cultural learning.

Anita Li, Tracy Lin, and Galatea Sun introduced the overall framework of the college's study abroad program, internship exchange programs and dual degree program respectively, as well as specific matters such as the application process and the timeline of these programs.

The International Office initiated and organized this event, providing students with the most vivid and timely information on international exchange through the collaboration with international partners. Encouraging ACEM students to participate in oversea study is also an important innovation of the " external circulation" model of international exchange.
