Summary: Frank Gallo is the author of Business Leadership in China: How to Blend Best Western Practices with Chinese Wisdom. (John Wiley and Sons, 2008) Dr. Gallo offers sage advice on effective leadership practices in China. His book is designed for the executive in China – either Chinese or Western – who wants to better understand how to blend what they have learned about Western leadership with traditional Chinese wisdom. At this presentation, Frank Gallo will present some of the key findings from his book and share his ideas on how to be the most effective leader in China.

Speaker Background:
Dr. Frank Gallo is a visiting professor at Euromed Management. Retired president of Watson Wyatt China, Dr. Gallo has over 30 years of management and human resources experience, he works with both Chinese and Western executives helping them to be successful leaders in China. Dr. Gallo holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior.
