Our theme for this year’s IBSSC is “Reimagining Business Education after the Pandemic”, which we think is appropriate, considering that the pandemic has dramatically changed almost every single aspect of the business world: shifting to remote work almost overnight, some sectors forced to hibernate if not shut down indefinitely, new business opportunities and challenges quickly emerging.

What are the qualities that our future business leaders must have in face of these challenges? And what roles should business schools play in shaping such leaders for such a post-pandemic world? We invite business school deans and colleagues from around the world to join the IBSSC to contemplate these important questions and formulate strategies for the future.
