生涯发展：生涯探索-人力资源

针对对象：《生涯发展》课程为专业实践课，是每位安泰学院本科学生的必修课程，本次课程针对2016级学生。感兴趣的同学、特别是对人力资源感兴趣的同学们欢迎参加。 

备注：本课程为生涯探索模块的选修内容。听课请带好生涯发展出勤记录簿，在相应模块填好课程主题。

课程主要内容：

           走进外企五百强，实业公司的运作 （以李尔公司为例）

         认识人力资源管理（以李尔公司的人才培养体系为例）

           与HR职业经理人面对面，分享精彩职场故事

           现场职业发展咨询，面试技巧交流，获取精美礼品

嘉宾介绍：

Mr. Steve Clark

Vice President, Human Resources, Asia

亚太区人力资源副总裁

Mr. Clark joined Lear Corporation in January 2018 as Vice President Human Resources, Asia Pacific.  Prior to joining Lear, Steve was Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Services for Vista Outdoor, a leading designer and manufacturer of outdoor recreation products.  Before Vista Outdoor, Steve was Chief People Officer and Senior Vice President of HR and Corporate Services for the H.J. Heinz Company, where he worked for 13 years in this and other leadership roles.  Steve has also worked for the Salt Lake Olympic Committee as Director of Staffing and for Pizza Hut, Inc., at the time a division of PepsiCo. Steve earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in French and a Master's Degree in Organizational Behavior from Brigham Young University. Steve, his wife Amy and their five children reside in Shanghai, China.

Mrs. Nancy Liu/ 刘明

VP, Human Resources Asia Seating & China

亚太区座椅及中国人力资源副总裁

Ms. Nancy began her career with Lear 11 years ago, starting from HR manager for Asia in charge of mobility and Singapore office.  After that, she was offered a 2-year assignment in sales as advance sales for SVW. Nancy came back to HR in late 2012 responsible for China seating HR.

2 years later her role was expanded to cover China E-Systems HR.  Most recently, she is Vice President HR for Asia Seating and China.  Prior to joining Lear, Nancy had various roles in HR function for Tyco International, Indesit Company (an European home appliance company later acquired by Whirlpool) and Ferro. Nancy earned a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from Shanghai University.
