石先蔚，清华大学学士（2013），英国剑桥大学硕士（2014）和博士（2019），博士生导师，上海市浦江人才、晨光学者。研究兴趣聚焦在企业和区域的创新与创业生态系统，以中国企业为案例并使用质性研究方法，第一作者论文已发表在Academy of Management Journal, Research Policy (2x), Management and Organization Review等国际顶尖刊物，获得ESI高被引论文及热点论文。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目和教育部人文社科青年项目。承担本硕博和MBA、MTT、EMBA等多项课程教学，教学评价排名最高全院前2%（本科）和15%（MBA），获得2022年最受本科生欢迎教师和最受MBA欢迎教师。
