上海交通大学教授、博士生导师，上海交通大学中银科技金融学院执行院长，上海交通大学安泰经济与管理学院副院长。美国加州大学管理学博士，研究方向为企业供应链管理、运营战略、科技金融、数据驱动的运营管理与创新、数字化转型与创新和交通政策等。研究成果发表在多个国际一流学术期刊, 主持多项国家自然科学基金、教育部等国家部委项目以及地方政府和企业委托项目。担任多门本科、MBA、EMBA和EE课程教学工作。获得国家级教学成果二等家，上海市教学成果一等奖，上海交通大学教学成果一等奖等。在多个学术组织和机构中任职，包括担任上海市长宁区政协委员、上海工商管理专业学位研究生教育指导委副主任委员、世界交通运输研究会全球执委会委员、上海国际港务（集团）股份有限公司独立董事、上海长宁区中青年知识分子联谊会副会长、浙江省供应链专家委员会委员、航天投控研究院理事、国家自然科学基金会同行评议专家、香港研究资助局项目评审专家等。2016-2019年曾担任美国麻省理工学院（MIT）全球供应链及物流卓越网络宁波（中国）供应链创新学院创始院长。
